S. Ravi, a prominent figure in India's financial sector, is the former Chairman of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the Founder and Managing Partner of Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, a distinguished advisory and accountancy firm based in New Delhi. Holding a Post Graduate degree in Commerce and a diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), he is also an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), USA, and a registered Insolvency Resolution Professional.

During his tenure as Chairman of BSE from November 2017 to February 2019, S. Ravi played a key role in overseeing significant developments within the exchange. His expertise has been recognized by the Government of India and the Reserve Bank of India, appointing him as Chairman of the Technical Experts Committee for Punjab & Sind Bank’s Strategic Turnaround. He currently serves as a director at the Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd and has contributed to the Strategic Revival Group for UCO Bank, where he helped formulate and implement its revival plan.

Throughout his career, spanning over three decades, S. Ravi has served on the boards of over 45 prestigious institutions, including LIC, BHEL, IDBI Bank, and ONGC. He has also been actively involved with audit committees, strategic revival committees, and risk management committees for several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and private sector banks. His extensive experience covers banking and finance, financial and management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, company rehabilitation and restructuring, turnaround strategies, and auditing.

A frequent speaker at regulatory bodies such as ICAI, RBI, and SEBI, S. Ravi is also passionate about sports, equal rights for women, global climate change, and education for all.
